The Rustic Showcase and Sale has been a very successful feature for
the past several years at the Wisconsin Gathering. The Showcase & Sale provides Woodlanders a unique opportunity
to present their work to the public in a striking rustic gallery setting...plus no worries about setting up, booth-sitting,
or bad weather. The Longbranch Gallery, at 203 Commerce Street in the heart of downtown Mineral Point, is only a few short
blocks from Shake Rag Alley. Longbranch is an 1840's stone building, recently renovated as a gallery for rustic, folk
and fine art by Sandy Scott and Judy Sutcliffe. The Rustic Showcase & Sale is open only to those exhibitors
who are registered as participants at the 2009 Woodlanders Gathering. The Gallery will provide space and staffing and will
show and sell your work beginning on Friday, July 10 through Monday, July 13, 2009, from 10am until 7pm. You may show any
or all of these days. All you have to do is provide pricing information, drop off your work and pick it up...and of course,
enjoy participating in the Gathering while your rustic creations are being made available to the public for viewing and/or
for sale. There is a minimal fee of $10 for those who wish to only show their work. If you wish to both show
and sell your work the fee will be $10 plus 20% of any sales made during the Showcase. There will be no additional costs to
you.
